English cheeses

The United Kingdom has a wide range of fabulous and delicious cheeses. Well known classics as British Cheddar, Wensleydale and Blue Stilton but also new explorations such as Wensleydale Cranberry and many more.

French cheeses

France has more than 400 different cheese varieties. Comte from the Jura or a classic Brie wheel, who doesn’t love on of these? We selected the best ones which have a longer shelf life and can be shipped per container. For air freights we can offer the more specialty selections as well.

Danish cheeses

Well known for their Dana Blue cheese, a cow’s milk cheese with blue veins. In retail and in whole wheels this is a must have in any assortment. But also the lesser known cheeses such as Danbo, Esrom and Havarti are available under the Grand’Or brand.

Italian cheeses

Grana Padano, Parmeggiano Regano, Mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Bel Paese, Moliterno Tartufo Truffle, to just name a few amazing cheeses made in Italy. Available as foodservice size but also in smaller retail packaging.

Greek cheeses

The inventors of Feta cheese but also known for Kefalotyri and Kasseri. Nothing can beat the real PDO Feta made from sheep’s milk. In Greece the average per capita consumption of Feta is more than 10 kilograms a year, a unique quantity for any other cheese in the world.

Spanish cheeses

Manchego PDO cheese is made only with Manchega sheep’s milk, which gives it unique characteristics and nuances, different from those of other cheeses. Iberico cheese, a unique cheese made with 3 types of milk. From cow, goat and sheep milk the Spanish cheese makers made a cheese with a wide variety of intensities in terms of flavor and aroma depending on their age. Besides these two classics, there is a lot more to discover.

Swiss cheeses

Le Gruyère, a 100% artisanal cheese with know-how and a tradition handed down from generation to generation since 1115. After 6 to 9 months, the cheese is aromatic and smooth and just right for palates that prefer a mild flavor. After 10 months, the mature Le Gruyère AOP Réserve will impress all lovers of full bodied cheese. A few cheese wheels are matured for up to 18 or even 24 months. These will appeal to connoisseurs of particularly strongly flavored cheese. The maturation length may vary but the quality always remains outstanding!
